Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Handle customer queries across platforms with professionalism and empathy. Ensure prompt resolutions and positive customer experiences.

• Order Fulfilment: Oversee the end-to-end process of order packing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.

• Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory across platforms and warehouses. Conduct regular audits and ensure stock accuracy.

• Backend Coordination: Liaise with logistics partners, warehouse teams, and other backend vendors to ensure smooth operations.

• Data & Research: Work on Excel to maintain reports, analyze sales trends, and contribute to market and product research.

• Administrative Assistance: Assist the founder with light personal and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sheets, basic analysis)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to multitask and manage timelines

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and responsible

• Prior experience in D2C/e-commerce operations is a plus
