💼 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations — production, procurement, warehousing, logistics, inventory and dispatch. The role ensures 100% on-time delivery with high quality and seamless project execution.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Operations & Project Management

•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute gifting orders (hampers, kits, merchandise, festival gifts).

•⁠ ⁠Create timelines & workflows; monitor daily progress.

✔ Team Leadership

•⁠ ⁠Lead production, warehouse, packing & logistics teams.

•⁠ ⁠Train teams for productivity, safety & discipline.

✔ Procurement & Vendor Management

•⁠ ⁠Source materials at best prices and manage vendor relations.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure timely procurement and quality compliance.

✔ Quality Control

•⁠ ⁠Approve samples, monitor printing/branding/packing QC.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure premium finishing for corporate clients.

✔ Inventory & Warehouse Management

•⁠ ⁠Track stocks using Excel/Sheets/ERP.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records and reduce wastage.

✔ Logistics & Dispatch

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate pan-India shipments (courier/cargo/hand delivery).

•⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate labelling, tracking & timely delivery.

✔ Cost Control & Process Improvement

•⁠ ⁠Monitor costs and standardize processes.

•⁠ ⁠Implement automation where possible.

✔ Coordination with Sales

•⁠ ⁠Share daily order status and timelines.

•⁠ ⁠Support feasibility and costing for bulk orders.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠4–10 years in operations/production (gifting/printing/logistics/events/manufacturing).

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership & decision-making skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication – English, Hindi, Telugu.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage high-volume festive workloads.
