Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an "Operations and Customer Service Executive" located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day business operations and client servicing. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining operational excellence, record maintenance, MIS, and reporting
- Proactively and upon request, provide prompt and thorough service to clients
- Provide necessary service to Internal Teams and Business Associates with clear TAT
- Actively coordinate with business-related parties and ensure smooth operations
