Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will engage in discussions to align operational strategies with business goals, ensuring that all services meet the required standards and expectations. Your role will also include monitoring system performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement best practices for operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Architecture and Design.
- Strong understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
- Knowledge of service level agreements and operational metrics.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Unix Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
