Operations Executive Kitchen

Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and responsible freshers to support daily kitchen operations including food packing, order movement, and delivery coordination. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for candidates who want to build a career in food operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Food Packing & Quality Check

• Pack food items as per order requirements and portion standards
• Ensure correct labeling, sealing, and hygiene practices
• Cross-check orders before dispatch to avoid errors

2. Order Movement (Internal Coordination)

• Coordinate between kitchen team and dispatch team
• Ensure timely movement of prepared food from kitchen to dispatch area
• Maintain proper handling to avoid spillage or damage

3. Delivery Support

• Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles
• Ensure all items are dispatched as per delivery checklist
• Coordinate with delivery team for smooth handover

4. Inventory & Supplies Handling

• Monitor packing materials (boxes, containers, cutlery, etc.)
• Inform supervisor about shortages
• Maintain basic stock discipline

5. Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Keep packing and dispatch area clean and organized
• RequirementsFresher / 0–6 months experience
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma
• Willingness to work in a kitchen environment
• Ability to handle pressure during peak hours

• Shift: Rotational / Day shifts
• Working Days: 6 days a week
