Responsible for the goal of achieving Happy and Satisfied Customers for the company

Responsible for overall management of  Operations of the company that includes procurement, orders tracking, delivery, site supervision, customer complaints etc

Orders Management

Deliver projects & Orders on time.

Procurement of items mentioned in orders punched by the sales team.

Coordinating with Vendors for on time dispatch of procured goods from vendor's warehouse

Coordination with logistics partners to track ontime receiving of goods at company warehouse

Inspection of all items received to check if everything is received as per the order.

Projects/Orders Execution & Delivery

Delivering items to client's site or coordinating pick up for client

Ordering extra supplies or replacements, returns or exchanges needed for the project

Installation & Technical Support Management

Coordinating site super vision or installation visit for the projects

Monitoring if any spervision or technician visit request received by client for ongoing projects

Greviances & Customers Complaints 

Managing post sales service requests received from client

Reporting

Reporting bi monthly on ongoing projects and orders

Reporting on Tv/s A of on time orders delivery

Reporting on Tv/s A of on time service requests resolved
