We operate multiple premium short-stay apartments and are building a technology platform (Atlas PMS) to automate and scale hospitality operations.We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Product Coordinator who will work closely with the founder to manage operational tasks and help structure the product backlog for our upcoming SaaS platform.This is a founder’s office role, ideal for someone who wants to learn how a startup in hospitality and technology is built from the ground up.Role OverviewThis role combines operations management and product coordination.Initially, the focus will be on operational backlog and coordination, and over time it will gradually shift toward product management and technology coordination as the Atlas PMS platform grows.The role will also focus on continuously improving operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, introducing automation, and building scalable processes.You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for ensuring that tasks, issues, and product features are tracked, organized, and executed efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management• Track and manage daily operational tasks across properties• Coordinate with staff, vendors, and service providers• Maintain task trackers for maintenance, guest issues, and operational follow-ups• Ensure operational SOPs are followedGuest Experience Monitoring• Monitor guest communications and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)• Track guest feedback and help prepare responses• Ensure response rate and service quality standards are maintainedProduct Backlog Coordination (Atlas PMS)• Maintain and organize the product feature backlog• Document product ideas, feature requests, and improvements• Coordinate with developers and technical teams• Track product development tasks and prioritiesDocumentation & Process Management• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs• Track incidents, maintenance issues, and resolutions• Organize internal knowledge and operational processesATLAS HOMES, 165, KPHB 7th Phase, Hyderabad - 500072Operations Improvement & Process Optimization• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across property management, guestcommunication, and vendor coordination.• Analyze recurring issues and operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements or automationopportunities.• Help design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency across allproperties.• Track key operational metrics such as guest response time, issue resolution time, and operational backlogand suggest improvements.• Work with the founder to introduce automation tools, AI workflows, or system integrations to reduce manualwork.• Identify repetitive tasks and help convert them into structured processes, templates, or system features inAtlas PMS.Founder Support• Help manage the founder’s task backlog• Follow up on pending items and ensure timely completion• Assist with hiring coordination, vendor discussions, and operational planningIdeal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
