Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and experienced Operation Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of a laundromat / laundry unit. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring smooth machine operations, maintaining quality standards, and delivering timely service to customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily laundromat operations (washing, drying, ironing, folding)
• Manage laundry staff, duty rosters, and attendance
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment
• Monitor quality of cleaning, hygiene, and fabric care standards
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues
• Track orders, delivery timelines, and turnaround time
• Maintain inventory of detergents, chemicals, and consumables
• Prepare daily reports (orders, machine usage, staff performance)
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–4 years experience in laundromat / laundry operations / housekeeping supervision
• Knowledge of laundry processes, chemicals, and fabric care
• Team handling and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, reports)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage shifts
