Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities – Gaming Supervisor
* Supervise daily operations of the gaming zone
* Manage and guide gaming staff/team members
* Ensure all gaming equipment is functioning properly
* Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
* Monitor safety and cleanliness of the gaming area
* Maintain reports of daily activities and revenue
* Train new staff and ensure smooth onboarding
* Handle cash transactions and basic billing (if required)
* Ensure all company policies and rules are followed
* Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
