JD1024 Roles and Responsibilities- Operations Team Leader Manage the fleet of Last-mile delivery spread across different clients. Make sure all delivery partners report on a specific warehouse at specified shifts. Make backup arrangements in case of last-minute delivery partner no-shows. Make weekly roster for delivery fleet giving 1 week off each. Keep a track of daily delivery numbers from each delivery rider. Keep a track of all COD collection & deposits with the client’s spot. Coordinate with the recruitment team for a delivery partner onboarding. Raise requests for backfills. Be a single point of contact for all delivery partners assigned to him & to the client. Sort all local issues locally. Special Conditions- Should be excellent with people management. Assertive, should know how to get work done. Should be able to manage multiple clients simultaneously. Should be good with numbers. Should be from a logistics background. Should have basic computer skills like MS Word & email. Min 12th pass
