Roles and Responsibilities-
Operations Team Leader
Manage the fleet of Last-mile delivery spread across different clients.
Make sure all delivery partners report on a specific warehouse at specified shifts.
Make backup arrangements in case of last-minute delivery partner no-shows.
Make weekly roster for delivery fleet giving 1 week off each.
Keep a track of daily delivery numbers from each delivery rider.
Keep a track of all COD collection & deposits with the client’s spot.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for a delivery partner onboarding.
Raise requests for backfills.
Be a single point of contact for all delivery partners assigned to him & to the client.
Sort all local issues locally.

Assertive, should know how to get work done.
Should be able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Should be good with numbers.
Should be from a logistics background.
Should have basic computer skills like MS Word & email.
