· We are actively seeking a proficient Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with a minimum of 4 years' experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in: · · - Leading Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation projects, seamlessly integrating technical and functional aspects to ensure successful project delivery. · - Collaborating closely with clients to understand payroll requirements, providing both technical and functional expertise, and designing effective Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions. · - Configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud Payroll modules from both technical and functional perspectives, addressing client-specific needs and optimizing system performance. · - Developing and implementing technical solutions, including custom reports, interfaces, and extensions, to enhance Oracle Cloud Payroll functionalities. · - Providing guidance and expertise in areas such as payroll interfaces, tax calculations, benefits, and other payroll-related functionalities. · - Conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders on both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Cloud Payroll. · - Actively participating in troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional issues during the implementation phase. · - Staying updated on Oracle Cloud Payroll features, technical advancements, and best practices. · · Qualifications: · · - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. · - Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, both technically and functionally (4+ years). · - Proficiency in technical development, including Oracle Cloud Payroll APIs, reports, and extensions. · - Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll modules and their functional aspects. · - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required. · - Certification in Oracle Cloud Payroll is a plus.
