💰 Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (Max) + Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Outbound Sales / Telecaller Executives to join our recruitment team. The role involves volume hiring, arranging drives at client locations, increasing walk-ins at our office, and building strong candidate networks. If you are passionate about helping people build careers and supporting organizations in finding the right talent, this is the perfect opportunity.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Handle bulk/volume hiring for entry-level roles such as:
• Call Center (Domestic & International), Outbound Sales, Team Leaders (TLs)
• (BDAs), BDMs, Counselors
• Customer Service roles
• 👥 Manage daily walk-ins at the office and coordinate client walk-in drives.
• 🔍 Source candidates via job portals, social media, and references.
• 📢 Post job openings on social media platforms and portals.
• 🤝 Convince and engage candidates effectively to ensure successful hiring.
• 🎯 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• 📑 Support in arranging candidates at client locations for interviews and drives.

Required Skills

• ✅ Strong convincing and communication skills.
• ✅ Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• ✅ Ability to manage bulk hiring and walk-in drives.
• ✅ Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Preferred

• 💻 Owning a personal laptop will be an added advantage.
• 🎓 Freshers and students pursuing Degree/MBA HR (2–6 months internships) are encouraged to apply. Stipend provided.
