RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for entire outlet operations
2. Motivating team members
3. Setting up Sales Targets
4. Making team follow FIFO system
5. Taking care of Stock Maintenance & Inventory Management
6. Controlling Shrinkages/Damages
7. Promoting products to customers
8. Taking care of Billing, Cash Handling and Closing of Accounts
