Outlet Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking responsible and energetic Outlet Managers to oversee end-to-end outlet operations, ensure smooth shift handling, maintain cash controls, and deliver excellent guest service. Candidates with proven leadership experience in QSR, Café, or Restaurant environments are preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage morning & evening shifts and overall daily operations
• Cash management: billing oversight, cash reconciliation & deposit control
• Maintain service quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise the service team
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle escalations professionally
• Monitor inventory levels, check variances & reduce wastage
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards & compliance
• Drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Candidate Profile4+ years of experience in Food Service / QSR / Café operations
• At least 2 years in a Manager / ARM / Supervisor role
• Strong team leadership & communication skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and responsible approach
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash control & inventory management
