Outlet Manager

We are looking for a responsible and dynamic Outlet Manager to lead our bakery café operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, well-spoken, and capable of managing daily operations, staff, inventory, customer service, and hygiene standards with excellence.

🧁 Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management

• Oversee daily functioning of the bakery café and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer queries or complaints efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, display standards, and ensure timely preparation and service.

Inventory & Stock Handling

• Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Track stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure timely ordering and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain proper records of purchases and usage.

Hygiene & Compliance

• Ensure the café follows FSSAI and company hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, service areas, dining area, and storage spaces.
• Conduct routine hygiene, safety, and sanitation checks.

Team Leadership

• Supervise staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Maintain discipline and ensure staff follow SOPs and service standards.
• Motivate the team to maintain a friendly and efficient work environment.

Financial & Sales Responsibilities

• Assist in daily sales tracking, cash handling, and billing accuracy.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and reducing operational costs.
• Monitor expenses, wastage, and resource usage.

• 🎯 RequirementsGraduate preferred

; hospitality or F&B management background is an added advantage.

• 2–5 years of experience in a bakery, café, or restaurant supervisory role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and maintain high standards.
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic computer skills.
