Outlet Manager

·        Responsible for entire outlet operations

·        Lead, motivate and manage the sales team

·        Schedule Staff Shifts & Week off Roasters

·        Setting up Sales Targets, Monitor Sales Performance

·        Train team on product knowledge, customer service and sales techniques

·        Making team follow FIFO system

·        Taking care of Stock Maintenance & Inventory Management

·        Controlling Shrinkages/Damages

·        Taking care of Billing, Cash Handling and Closing of Accounts

·        Maintain Store Hygiene, security and safety standards

·        Creating new techniques for improving sales

·        Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly

·        Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

·        Maintain daily sales reports, stock reports and staff performance records

·        Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shrinkage
