Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in the configuration and support of packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing software releases, and ensuring the stability of the systems you oversee. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. Your role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications function optimally and meet user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Engage in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system performance and user satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and management.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions.
- Experience in managing software releases and updates effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
