Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing software releases, and ensuring the stability of the systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the specific needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Strong understanding of application programming interfaces and integration techniques. - Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in business solutions. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
