Job Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support Oracle Cloud Financial applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems.

You will play a key role in supporting and optimizing modules including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany, ensuring financial data accuracy, seamless integrations, and compliance with organizational requirements. You will engage in problem-solving activities to ensure applications meet evolving business needs and contribute to operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Cloud Financials, particularly General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany.

Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure successful delivery and performance.

Take responsibility for team decisions and provide technical direction.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key architectural and functional decisions.

Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.

Configure and support Oracle Cloud Financials modules to meet business requirements.

Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and promote knowledge sharing.

Monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve system stability and efficiency.

Manage releases, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal business disruption.

Support integrations using APIs and low-code platforms.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.

Hands-on experience in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany modules.

Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.

Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for integrations.

Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues effectively.

Familiarity with release management, system stability, and performance optimization practices.
