Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing application functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in packaged and SaaS applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Experience with supply chain management processes and best practices.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
