Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Painters experienced in residential, commercial, or prefab structure painting. The role includes surface preparation, applying coatings, and delivering high-quality finishing for prefab homes and structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces: sanding, scraping, filling gaps, and priming.
• Apply paints, primers, varnishes, and protective coatings.
• Execute interior and exterior painting for prefab structures.
• Ensure smooth, clean, and uniform finish across all surfaces.
• Mix paints and match colors as per design standards.
• Maintain tools and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to meet project timelines.

Requirements

• 5 years of painting experience.
• Knowledge of enamel, emulsion, and metal painting.
• Understanding of finishing techniques for steel and prefab panels.
• Ability to work under timelines and deliver quality work.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across India.
