Role & responsibilities


Sales & Client Management


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including retailers, corporate buyers, and resellers.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify sales trends, pricing strategies, and growth areas.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to senior management.


Vendor Management & Onboarding


  • Manage existing vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply, quality, and pricing.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors and suppliers across PAN India to support business growth and diversification.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and build long-term partnerships with vendors.
  • Ensure vendors meet company standards on product quality, delivery timelines, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to align supply chain and stock availability.


Requirements:


Experience: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in mobile trading, electronics distribution, or similar sectors.


  • Strong background in vendor management and new vendor onboarding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage sales and supply partnerships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel across India for vendor meetings and business development.
