Job Description
Finish pastries as per requirement.
- Mis-en-place: Set up the pastry station with necessary ingredients and tools before service.
- Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize work areas, maintain proper food storage, and comply with safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory, assist with deliveries, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Support: Assist Chef de Partie or Sous Chef during banquets, buffets, and daily operations
