Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and organized Patient Coordinator to manage patient interactions, appointments, and overall coordination within the healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients from registration to consultation and follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over phone/email
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Maintain and update patient records and documentation accurately
• Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, and patients for seamless service delivery
• Assist patients with billing, insurance queries, and payment processes
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and comfort at all times
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and treatments
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital front desk role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software
• Preferred SkillsPatient-centric approach with empathy and professionalism
