Patient Care Coordinator

• Responsible for the complete treatment cycle of patients, starting from appointments, follow up, keeping track of missed treatments, upselling and billing.

Job Description

• Responsible for patients who have opted for treatment.
• Maintain and update treatment files Pre/post treatment.
• Follow up, cancel & reschedule appointments based on doctors’/ patients availability.
• Upload all pre and post treatment photos.
• Assist in other departments as and when required
• Responsible for upkeep of treatment rooms.
• Upselling and cross selling of other treatments.
• Maintaining good rapport with patients at all times.
• Generating referral walk in from existing patients.
• Maintaining high standards and ensuring a decent customer satisfaction score.
• Handle and divert all escalations to the right departments
