We are Hiring for "Patient Relationship Executive"
Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad (within 5 km only)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Timing: 1 PM – 9 PM
Experience: 2–3 years (Maternity / IVF Hospital)
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate patients from consultation to treatment completion
* Support doctor during OPD and manage patient flow
* Handle patient follow-ups via calls/WhatsApp
* Schedule appointments, procedures, admissions, and surgeries
* Explain treatment steps (non-medical) as per doctor’s guidance
* Assist in financial counselling coordination
* Ensure patient satisfaction and manage feedback
* Coordinate with internal teams and share reports
Requirement:
Female candidate with IVF/maternity hospital experience, good communication skills, patient-friendly & organized.
