Patient Relation Executive (PRE)

·      Appearance & Personality: Well-groomed, compassionate, with a child- personality that creates comfort for both children and their families

·      Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a gentle, empathetic, and reassuring tone suited for engaging with children and parents

·      Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory to connect with families from diverse backgrounds

·      Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preference for candidates from Healthcare, Hospitality, Psychology, Nursing, or Management backgrounds)

·      Experience:

·       Freshers with excellent communication and personality traits are encouraged to apply

·       Experienced candidates with prior exposure to pediatric care, healthcare services, or hospitality will have an added advantage

·      Core Skills & Competencies:

·       Warm, approachable, and empathetic approach in handling children and their families

·       Ability to patiently listen, guide, and reassure parents through medical and administrative processes

·       Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with children, parents, and medical staff

·       Problem-solving ability with patience, tact, and positivity

·       Good computer literacy (MS Office and hospital/clinic management systems)

·      Compensation: Attractive salary package up to ₹40,000+ per month, based on skills, experience, and overall personality
