Job Description
We are looking for Male and Female with Experienced Only:
Patient Relationship Executive (PRE):
● Welcome and assist patients with appointment schedules, registration, Queries etc.,
● Maintained accurate patient records and ensured smooth check-in/check-out processes.
● Handled front desk operations including phone/email communication and walk-ins.
● Provided clear information about services, procedures, and test reports to patients.
● Addressed patient grievances professionally and ensured timely resolution.
● Coordinated with doctors, lab teams, and internal departments to streamline patient care.
● Ensured HIPAA compliance and patient data confidentiality at a l times. Billing Executive:
● Managed patient bi ling for consultations, diagnostics, and other services.
● Prepared and reviewed invoices, processed payments (cash, card, insurance).
● Verified insurance details and coordinated with TPAs for approvals and claim s.
● Maintained daily revenue reports and reconciled billing data with finance.
● Addressed discrepancies or bi ling-related queries from patients and staff.
● Supported audits and compliance requirements related to financial transactions.
