Job Summary:
It involves handling various payroll-related tasks. This includes managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and handling individual tax and social security contributions. The role also requires good technical aptitude in payroll, finance, and systems, as well as knowledge of UKI Payroll.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Produce payroll reporting and submissions for tax authorities
  • Analyse payroll controls and investigate discrepancies
  • Assist with the successful onboarding of employees acquired through V&A activities
  • Work with Information Security to ensure the continued protection of payroll related data assets
  • Assist with audit requests and work with the internal audit teams
  • Test enhancements and changes affecting the payroll systems
  • Track the progress of payroll related projects

Job Qualification:

  • Good working knowledge of UK payroll (Ireland payroll desirable)
  • High level of accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Critical thinking, comfortable to ask questions and suggest improvements
  • Working as part of a busy team in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong communication skills including clear, professional written and verbal English
  • The ability to work autonomously on own initiative either independently or as part of a team
  • A quick thinker with a ‘can do’ attitude and comfortable working with ambiguity with the ability to find creative solutions to a range of problems
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Good working knowledge of IT applications
  • Strong team player

    Additional Information:
    - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in commerce or a related field, along with good knowledge and experience in relevant countries Payroll processing.
    - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
