Inviting applications for the role of Trainer - Process Developer - Trust & Safety
Responsibilities
• Performing training needs analysis
• Facilitating new hire training, , coaching and conducting performance evaluation of trainees
• Collaborating with quality team to gather feedback and plan refresher trainings to help boost the efficiency of service,
• Tracking and managing CSAT due to training, present training scores, cooperating with hiring to improve quality of hires
• Providing weekly training updates
• Shadowing agent transactions to stay up to date with product/ process changes and making necessary updates to training material
• Working closely with client and internal teams to develop new or update existing training content periodically
• Provide insights and innovative ideas to improve quality and collaborate with TLs/QAs to help develop agent quality improvement plans
• Provide instant feedback for correction and keep an eye on potential quality issues
• Perform other tasks requested by the manager to reach team objective or the company’s objectives based on current needs.
Important: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Eye for detail
• Advanced level of English, min C1
• Prior experience working as a Content Moderation Agent
• Self-motivated, high-energy levels and works well under strict deadlines;
• Excellent understanding of same/similar workflow
• High School Degree
Preferred qualifications
• Trust & Safety Experience – preferably content labelling and/or moderation
• Neutral mind-set to digital content that needs classification & policy review
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
• Accurate and critical work attitude
• Ability to think critically and make quick decisions
• Enthusiastic and proactive team player
• Collaborative and has a growth mindset
