About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to oversee our surveillance operations and manage a team of 30-40 personnel. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and experience in handling operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of surveillance activities.

Lead and coordinate a team of 30-40 members, ensuring efficiency and discipline.

Handle client interactions and negotiate contracts, service terms, and operational agreements.

Monitor and optimize workflow to enhance productivity and service quality.

Train and mentor team members to maintain high-performance standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and legal requirements.

Handle conflict resolution and workforce management efficiently.

Prepare reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

 0-4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the surveillance/security sector.

 Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

 Ability to work night shifts and manage teams effectively under pressure.

 Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.

 Proficiency in basic operational tools and reporting.
