We are hiring Outbound Telecallers for Personal

Loan sales. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining personal loan products, and closing sales as per targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers for personal loan offers
2. Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, and process
3. Generate leads and close conversions
4. Collect required customer details and documents
5. Maintain call quality and daily productivity
6. Achieve assigned targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2/ Intermediate / Graduate
• Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English)
• Experience in personal loan / banking telecalling preferred
