We are Hiring for "Personal Relationship Executive / Front office Executive."
Note: 3+ years in clinic / hospital / wellness centre front office
Skills : Excellent Communications in Hindi, English and Telugu is mandatory!!
Experience :3+Years
Qualification : Any Graduate
Salary : Up to 30k
Location : Kokapet, Hyd
Shifts : 9:00 Am to 7:00 Pm
6 Days Working
Act as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth, professional front desk experience while managing appointments, patient coordination, billing support, and basic clinic administration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally
Register patients and maintain accurate records and documentation
Schedule and coordinate doctor consultations and therapy appointments
Manage calls, WhatsApp, and enquiry follow-ups
Guide patients on treatments, schedules, and clinic procedures
Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, and billing team
Assist in billing, collect payments, and maintain daily cash records
Maintain front desk registers, files, and appointment logs
Ensure hygiene, confidentiality, and adherence to clinic SOPs
Represent the clinic’s brand values and professional standards
