Role Summary:

Seragen Biotherapeutics is hiring DMLT-qualified Phlebotomists with hands-on experience in blood sample collection and handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection as per SOPs

- Ensure correct labeling, storage, and transport of samples

- Capture accurate patient and test details

- Follow safety, infection control, and quality standards

- Coordinate with logistics and lab teams

- Ensure patient comfort and professionalism

Requirements:

- DMLT certification

- 1–3 years experience in diagnostic/pathology labs

- Knowledge of EDTA, Serum, Heparin, ACD tubes

- Good communication and documentation skills
