Phlebotomist

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit patients’ homes as per assigned schedules for sample collection

• Collect blood and other specimens following standard procedures

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples

• Maintain hygiene and infection control standards during collection

• Handle patients politely and ensure a comfortable experience

• Update sample collection details in the system/mobile app

• Coordinate with the logistics team for timely sample submission

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• DMLT / MLT certification (mandatory)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in phlebotomy preferred

• Good communication and patient-handling skills

• Knowledge of sample collection and safety protocols

• Ability to travel locally for home collections

• Basic smartphone knowledge
