Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with Priority and NRI segment customers through virtual channels.

Act as a dedicated point of contact for banking needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Cross-sell and recommend financial products and services tailored to the needs of HNI (High Net Worth) and NRI clients.

Achieve business targets while maintaining strict compliance with banking regulations and service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate in any stream from a recognized university.

Academic Record: Minimum 50% marks in graduation (No active backlogs).

Age: Up to 26 years.

Experience: Open to both Freshers and experienced candidates.

Skills: Excellent communication, relationship management, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Shift Details (NRI Role)

Male Candidates: 24/7 Rotational Shifts.

Female Candidates: Shifts ending by 9:00 PM.
