Work Mode: 100% Work From Home
Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photoshop Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, consistency, and the ability to work independently from home.
Working Hours:
🕙 Morning Shift: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
🕔 Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Leave Policy:
📅 10 Half-Days per Month
(For Full Day , you can use 2 half days as leave
Salary:
💰 ₹25,000 per Month + Bonus (See Below) + Bonus for Un-Utilized leaves
Bonus:
✅ ₹300 Bonus for working on Sunday Morning Shift
✅ ₹500 Bonus for working on Sunday Evening Shift
Requirements:
• Basic to good knowledge of design tools (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / etc.)
• Creativity & attention to detail
• Ability to work during fixed shifts
• Reliable internet connection
