Treatment Planning:

Develop customized exercise programs and rehabilitation plans based on individual needs and limitations.
Provide guidance on injury prevention and promote overall well-being through physical therapy interventions.
Therapeutic Interventions:

Administer therapeutic exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques to address members' specific conditions.
Utilize modalities such as ultrasound, heat, and cold therapy when necessary.
Monitoring Progress:

Regularly monitor members' progress and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.
Track improvements and communicate with fitness club staff and members about their rehabilitation journey.
Education and Guidance:

Educate members on proper body mechanics, posture, and ergonomics to prevent injuries during workouts.
Offer advice on nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle modifications that support recovery and fitness goals.
Pain Management:

Help members manage pain and discomfort related to exercise or existing conditions.
Teach pain-relief techniques and strategies.
Collaboration:

Collaborate with other fitness club staff, such as personal trainers and nutritionists, to provide holistic care to members.
Refer members to specialists or physicians when necessary for further evaluation or treatment.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate and confidential records of members' assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
Prepare reports for both internal use and, when required, for medical professionals
