Job Role Details: Picker / Packer

• Role Type: Full-time or Part-time (6 days a week, often with rotating shifts).
• Key Responsibilities:
• Picking: Using scanners/app to locate items on warehouse shelves.
• Packing: Sorting and securely packaging items for delivery.
• Inventory Control: Assisting with stocktaking and quality checks (ensuring no expired items).
• Salary: Generally ranges between ₹16,000 to ₹30,000+ per month, often structured as fixed pay + incentives based on efficiency.
• Eligibility:
• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (often below 10th is acceptable).
• Experience: Freshers or 0-6 months experience preferred.
• Documents: PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Bank Account.
• Perks: Insurance, PF, and Medical Benefits are commonly provided
