Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately select products from inventory shelves using handheld scanners or digital picking lists based on customer specifications (size, quantity, brand).
• Quality Inspection: Check items for physical damage, defects, or expiry before packing.
• Secure Packaging: Pack items efficiently using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Labeling & Sorting: Ensure all packages are correctly labeled with shipping information and sorted into designated dispatch areas.
• Inventory Maintenance: Assist in stock taking, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Job Hai +4

Job Requirements & Eligibility

• Education: Minimum qualification is typically 10th Pass. Some locations accept candidates below 10th grade.
• Experience: Mostly open to freshers (0–6 months experience preferred).
