Job Title: Picking & Packing Associate

Job Description:

A Picking and Packing Associate works in a warehouse and is responsible for selecting (picking) items from storage and packing them properly for delivery to customers.

Key Duties:

Pick items from shelves based on order lists or barcode scanners

Pack products safely into boxes or parcels

Label packages with correct shipping details

Check items for damage or defects before packing

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

Help in loading and unloading goods

Follow safety rules and company procedures

Complete tasks within deadlines

Skills Required:

Basic reading and counting skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work fast and accurately

Teamwork and communication skills

Physical fitness (lifting, standing for long hours)

Qualification:

Minimum: 10th / 12th pass

No experience required (freshers can apply)

Work Environment:

Warehouse, factory, or logistics company

Shift-based work (day/night shifts possible)
