Picker / Packer

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately select products from warehouse shelves based on digital order lists or handheld scanning devices.
• Packaging: Securely pack items using appropriate materials (bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
• Inventory Management: Manage storage, update stock records, and ensure labels are accurate for all goods.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage and verify quantity/specifications before dispatching.
• Scanning & Sorting: Use barcode scanners to maintain digital inventory and sort items into designated areas for quick dispatch. Job Hai +6

Job Requirements & Skills

• Education: Minimum qualification is typically 10th Pass, though some locations accept candidates below 10th.
• Experience: Primarily a fresher-friendly role, though 0–1 years of warehouse experience is often preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages (up to 20kg) for long durations.
• Core Skills: Order processing, stock taking, basic computer/smartphone proficiency, and attention to detail.
• Documentation: Valid Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account details are mandatory for joining
