• Job Responsibilities:Pick products from inventory as per order list
• Pack items safely and accurately for dispatch
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging standards
• Check product quality before packing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams
• Follow safety and company guidelines
• Requirements:Minimum education: 10th pass or above
• Experience: Fresher / Experienced (both can apply)
• Ability to stand for long hours and handle goods
• Basic understanding of picking and packing processes
• Physically fit and attentive to details
• Skills Required:Good time management
• Basic counting and record-keeping
• Teamwork and discipline
