💼 Job Summary:

We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Pickers & Packers to join our warehouse team. The role involves picking products from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing orders for dispatch in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order list.

Pack items properly to avoid damage during transit.

Label packages accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.

Meet daily picking and packing targets.

Assist in loading/unloading goods when required.

⏰ Work Details:

6 days working per week

Shift-based work (Day)

Weekly off as per company policy

💰 Salary Structure (Monthly):

Basic Salary: ₹8,500

HRA: ₹6,800

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000

Other Allowance: ₹700

PF (Employee Contribution): ₹1,352

Net Salary (Take-home): ₹15,648

PF (Employer Contribution): ₹1,879

Total CTC: ₹18,879

Performance Bonus: Up to ₹3,000

🎓 Eligibility:

Minimum 10th pass

Physically fit (able to lift packages)

Basic reading skills (to understand labels/orders)

Freshers can apply
