✨ Hiring: Placement & Partnership Officer

📍 Location: Hyderabad (Telangana) , Chennai (Tamilnadu) , Banglore (Karnataka)..

💼 Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in placement, partnership management, or employer engagement

🎓 Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA / MSW preferred)

Role Summary:

Build strong relationships with employers, training partners, and educational institutions to ensure successful placement and career outcomes for youth under the Magic Bus Livelihood Programme. Support youth from training completion to job or education placement and ensure retention in work or education for up to six months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage partnerships with employers, training providers, and colleges for youth placement opportunities.

• Conduct employer meetings, job fairs, and exposure visits to connect youth with job openings.

• Facilitate placement processes including interviews, counselling, and job matching.

• Monitor and track placement data to ensure youth sustain in jobs or education for 6 months.

• Create referral linkages with government schemes, corporate partners, and local institutions.

• Conduct mock interviews and job readiness sessions to enhance youth employability.

• Maintain accurate placement records and prepare regular reports.

• Work closely with Mobilization and Training teams to ensure smooth transition from training to placement.

• Engage with youth post-placement to provide guidance and retention support.

• Act as a role model, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude.

Skills & Competencies:

✅ Strong networking & relationship-building skills with employers and partners

✅ Excellent communication & counselling skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)

✅ Good understanding of local job market and placement trends

✅ Data management and reporting skills (Excel / MIS tools)

✅ Target-driven, persuasive, and empathetic towards youth aspirations
