Job Title: Bottom Cutting & Sealing Machine Operator (Biodegradable Compostable Plastic), Cutting Machine Operator
Job Summary:
Operate and maintain plastic bottom cutting and sealing machine to produce finished bags as per quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate bottom cutting and sealing machine for biodegradable compostable bags
- Set machine parameters (temperature, speed, cutting length) as per job order
- Load film rolls and ensure smooth feeding
- Monitor sealing quality, cutting accuracy, and output consistency
- Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting
- Maintain daily production and rejection records
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) standards
- Coordinate with supervisor and quality team for production targets
