Platinum Banker-Household-Outbound-Branch Banking-Relationship Management

As a Platinum Banker, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and their families. Your primary goal is to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide customized banking and investment solutions. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for your clients, offering a personalized and exclusive banking experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new high-value household clients through outbound sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions, including wealth management, investment planning, and banking services.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitor offerings to offer relevant and timely advice.
  • Collaborate with other departments and specialists to deliver a comprehensive and integrated banking experience.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and portfolio rebalancing to ensure optimal investment strategies.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the bank's reach and client base.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously enhance your financial knowledge and skills through training and professional development.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or private banking, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, banking services, and financial planning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to sales and relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for client management and transaction processing.
  • A valid license or certification in financial planning or investment advice is an asset.
