Job Title: Power Press Operator

జాబ్ రోల్ (మీరు చేయాల్సిన పనులు):
- పవర్ ప్రెస్ మిషన్ల ద్వారా (Deep Draw, Shearing, Blanking) సిలిండర్ తయారు చేయడం.
- డై (Die) అరుగుదలను ఎప్పటికప్పుడు గమనించి రిపోర్ట్ చేయడం.
- తయారైన వాటిలో పగుళ్లు లేదా మందం తేడాలు లేకుండా గేజ్లతో క్వాలిటీ చెక్ చేయడం.
- సేఫ్టీ సెన్సార్లు వాడుతూ, మిషన్ సేఫ్టీ రూల్స్ తప్పక పాటించడం.
అర్హతలు (Requirements):
- అనుభవం (Experience): ప్రెస్ షాప్ లేదా షీట్ మెటల్ ఇండస్ట్రీలో 1 నుండి 3 సంవత్సరాల అనుభవం.
- చదువు (Education): అనుభవమున్న అభ్యర్థులు రావచ్చు.
- స్కిల్స్ (Skills): డై సెట్టింగ్ (Die setting) మరియు డీప్ డ్రా (Deep draw) పని కచ్చితంగా తెలిసి ఉండాలి.
- రొటేషనల్ షిఫ్టులలో పనిచేయడానికి ఆసక్తి ఉండాలి.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly In-Hand: ₹17000 – ₹20000 (Based on experience)
- Overtime (OT): Extra payment for additional hours.
- Additional: PF + ESI + Attendance Bonus.
