Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs and curriculum

Supervise and guide teachers to improve teaching quality

Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback

Prepare academic schedules, lesson plans, and timetables

Ensure syllabus completion within timelines

Organize training sessions and workshops for teachers

Monitor student performance and academic progress

Coordinate examinations, assessments, and result analysis

Maintain academic records and reports

Communicate with parents regarding academic performance
