Pre-Primary Teacher

We are looking for a warm, child-centered Assistant Montessori Teacher to support our lead guides in creating a nurturing classroom environment.

Responsibilities

∙ Support the lead guide in maintaining a prepared Montessori classroom

∙ Assist children with materials and activities

∙ Observe and document children’s progress

∙ Supervise children during work periods, meals, and outdoor time

∙ Uphold Montessori principles in all interactions

Qualifications

∙ High school diploma or equivalent required

∙ Prior experience with young children preferred

∙ Familiarity with Montessori philosophy a plus — but eagerness to learn is welcome

∙ Patient, reliable, and a genuine lover of children

∙ Strong communication and teamwork skills
